All Memberships based on monthly auto debit or yearly prepay only. All memberships are non-transferable. If Membership is cancelled all remaining massages become void NO REFUNDS.

Massage and chiropractic memberships are for wellness care (non-symptomatic) and are not applicable for injuries, auto accidents, or work related conditions.

Most Insurance does cover massage treatments, however the patient must have symptoms and it must be part of a treatment plan. Ask the front desk about details.
